Barley production in the Rostov region, as well throughout Russia, has taken its niche agricultural production. Winter barley attracts farmers’ attention with unpretentiousness and high productivity. The relevance of immunology used varieties does not decrease over time. Yield losses due to various leaf diseases can be 30–50 %. most common pathogens region are powdery mildew helminthosporium blotches. effective efficient way improve resistance new is use artificial infectious backgrounds. Provocative extreme conditions promote a selection parental forms breeding lines that resistant pathogens. current paper presented results estimation winter collection material based on FSBSI Agricultural Research Center «Donskoy». purpose study was identify which stably tolerant leaf-stem region. About 250 samples being estimated period from 2019 2021. Over years study, there have been identified such ‘Bezosty 1954’ (RF), ‘Grand’ ‘Parallelum 1967’, etc. Resistance heliminthosporium spotting demonstrated by ‘Rostovsky 908’ ‘Donskoy 11’ (RF) 1974’, ‘Pallidum 1916’, 1970’, 1960’, 1911’, ‘Nutans 1895’ others. There were also or tolerance both ‘Sekret’ ‘Fox 1’ ‘Marusya’ ‘Karisma’ (England) 1954’, 2015’, 2016’, 2017’. All proposed for further immunity studied
